Return & Exchange Policy for the NoCo Prospectors Baseball Team

We value our fans and want you to be happy with your experience and purchases from the NoCo Prospectors. Please review our return and exchange policy below.
1. Ticket Sales
All ticket sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for tickets, including for missed games or scheduling conflicts. In the event a game is canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will communicate any rescheduling or ticket honoring options directly with ticket holders.
2. Merchandise
We stand behind the quality of our merchandise and will accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligible for Return or Exchange:
* Items that are defective or damaged upon arrival
* Incorrect item received
* Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
* Return request is made within 14 days of purchase or delivery
Not Eligible for Return:
* Clearance or sale items
* Customized or special-order merchandise
* Merchandise returned after 14 days
* Items showing signs of use or wear
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at rochelle@mesasportsgroup.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We may request photos for damaged or incorrect items.
Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received in error or damaged. We do not reimburse original shipping fees unless an error was made on our end.
3. Event Merchandise Sales
Items purchased on-site at games or events are subject to the same return conditions as above. Please retain your receipt for all in-person purchases.
